5 starsRUDD Plumbing*Heating*Air – OUTSTANDING!! Better Business Bureau for 10 years w/ A+ rating. Within 48 hours, I met with both owners – Winston who does community outreach work (Carolina Youth Development Center, Special Olympics, etc.) and Robert (MBA from the Citadel); HVAC Service Tech & Educator – Michael; HVAC Team Installation Tech- Adrian other team members – all of whom treated me like family. Moreover, the friendly office staff sent pics of who was coming, arrival times, contract details, and answered any other questions I had. Their cost, financing, integrity, warranty, professionalism, and kindness set the bar too high for other companies to compete. Installation was next day – EXCELLENT SERVICE!! So blessed!!! 5 starsCalled the morning on the day my AC went out. Rudds tech Josh made it out early next morning, promptly troubleshot the issue to a bad compressor start cap replaced it for me up and running in 15 mins. Then checked the refrigerant pressures, and the found they were on the lower side. Gave me 2-3 options as my system was on the older r22 refrigerant. Great service!Review fromJames S

The 4 young men from RUDD plumbing &!heating and air arrived as scheduled. They were very professional with the installation of my new a/c unit, the original unit came with my home from 23yrs ago so it was time for a replacement! Dokota Carroll done a fantastic job of walking me through on the use of my new unit from setting the digital thermostat to changing the filter and so on! It’s my first time dealing with this company and from all the wonderful reviews about this company from doing my own research, I’m glad I decided to them a call. As far as recommending them to anyone, yes I would I’m a customer that’s satisfied with their business!!! Cassy
