      On Sunday evening 8/28/2023, I made a mobile order at said location. When I arrived at the drive-through, I stated I had a mobile order for Monique and the lady said okay. I pulled forward to collect my order. At this time I was handed one paper bag and one drink. I inquired about the vanilla iced coffee I ordered the Hershey pie and soft-served vanilla ice cream. The lady at the window stated they did not have these items. I asked for another frozen cherry slush. At this time another woman was called to the window. I asked her for another frozen cherry slush and handed her my card for the charge. The lady charged me for the slush and proceeded to walk away. I asked the lady at the window if my card would be credited for the items I did not receive. This is when the lady looked back at the other lady and she came closer to the window. I asked her if my card would be credited for the items I did not receive, and she said we couldn't do anything with the mobile orders. I said okay. I attempted to get a refund when I reached home through the mobile app. I was offered a ten-dollar credit towards my next purchase. I declined and asked for my card to be refunded. I received an email with the same offer and I declined once again and asked for my card to be refunded. I have not heard anything since that time. Also, I had a piece of foil in my chicken wrap that I almost choked on. This is unacceptable. All pictures are attached. I would like my original payment form refunded.

      Not only did I have to turn around after ordering because i didn’t get everything, but to top that off, the croissant was smashed at the bottom of the bag, the 9$ burrito had almost NOTHING in it, French toast was soggy. And lord they need to clean they drink machine. Soda was horrible. Then the manager is in the store yelling at employees which is probably why they are handing out bull crap as food. She should point that energy towards cleaning her store. When I called about this issue I got no answer, no response. I’ve already sent over info and pictures to “support”, but the most they wanted to offer was a 15$ credit. Unfortunately that won’t do because not only do I never want to order or eat there again, but I also spent 30$ ! I won’t except half when just about everything was terrible. The burrito and croissant cost more than that alone. Including the upcharge for what I didn’t get! With that being said , I definitely want my money back and she’ll have to find the actual receipt since she took it and never gave it back when I had to circle BACK for the rest of my order! Disgusting store, customer service, and obviously not the best management! I’ll add a photo or two for ya.

      On several occasions I was charged a higher price than what is printed on the menu. I asked the employees about it and have been told that it is well known and not remedied for a long time. The employees are verbally abused by customers in regards to it. I have reported it twice to the corporate office as well.
