    Wow is all i have to say about the entire experience. First off the camper was supposed to be delivered a week ago. It could not be delivered because they "scratched" it. They actually jackknifed it and damaged the fiberglass enough to require bondo and paint (and a new decal that they likely never ordered and is still missing. It was supposed to be delivered this Friday... Multiple messages were left on Thursday to verify delivery and Nathan confirmed delivery after 6+ hours of waiting for a response. It was not delivered do to an emergency (on a Friday afternoon). It was to be delivered by noon today. It arrived around 11:30. The driver wanted to drop the camper and leave as fast as possible. The guy dropped the front jacks and caused a jack fault which should have been an easy fix but in true campers in fashion the battery was dead. We wanted to hook up the power and couldn't find the power cord. Tried to call to find out if there was one. (No one answered. Shocker!) it's ok though luckily we found it under the bed?! This company wants your money but definitely does not want repeat business. Don't try to call to ask questions because they likely won't answer the phone. We have gone through the company values on the website and laughed.. if this is what a family run business acts like...... Yikes!

    Buyer beware - this is based solely on my personal experience with the Campers Inn RV location in Moncks Corner. If you need work done on your coach, I strongly suggest avoiding this location at all costs. Over the course of the year it took them to repair my coach, they fired 5 employees, repeatedly missed deadlines, lied about the status of repairs and several times did not actually perform they work they were paid to do. The GM Mike never responded until after I called corporate and on the day I picked up the coach told me they had "just discovered" thousands of dollars of additional repairs. It truly was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
