      ON WED. 12/7/22 WE PD OUR STORAGE BILL FOR UNITS 176 & 321, ON 12/10/22 WE DROVE 50+ MILES FROM OUR HOME TO UNIT & FOUND OVERLOCK WAS STILL ON UNITS WE CONTACTED PRPTY MNGR VIA TEXT TO INFORM HER THAT WE NEEDED TO GET INTO OUR UNITS AND ASKED HER TO PLZ REMOVE OVERLOCK & STATED WE WOULD RETURN THE NEXT DAY ONLY TO BE MET W/A VERY NASTY & DEMEANING RESPONSE FROM HER & SHE REFUSED TO UNLOCK OUR UNITS FOR 3 MORE DAYS (A TOTAL OF 6 DAYS AFTER FULL PYMNT WAS MADE) WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT THIS SHE EVICTED US FROM OUR UNIT & GAVE US A DEADLINE OF 12/31/22 TO MOVE OUT THEN TODAY 12/27/22 SHE TOOK THE LIBERTY OF MOVING US OUT OF THE UNITS BY REMOVING US FROM THE COMPUTER SYSTEM THEREIN DENYING US ACCESS TO OUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION, PAYMENT RECORDS, LEASE AGREEMENT ETC. WHEN CONFRONTED SHE AGAIN RESPONDED W/A NASTY AND BELITTLING TEXT, THEN RE-ENTERED OUR INFORMATION BACK INTO THE COMPUTER SYSTEM AGAIN! SHE HAS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS MADE DERROGATORY COMMENTS ABOUT OUR FINANCIAL STATUS & HAS DEMONSTRATED PREJUDICE AGAINST US BC WE STRUGGLE FINANCIALLY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH HER. SHE IS BASICALLY EVICTING US BECAUSE OF HER PERSONAL DISLIKE FOR ME & SHE IS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST US DUE TO OUR SOCIAL ECONOMIC STATUS. ALSO, EVERY MONTH, W/EXCEPTION OF THE MONTH WE GOT THE LEASE, SHE HAS OVER CHARGED US IN THE AMOUNT OF $85, BY DOUBLING THE LATE FEES & CHARGING A LOCK CUT FEE. OUR LOCKS HAVE NEVER ONCE HAD TO BE CUT, NOR HAVE OUR UNITS HAD ANY LIENS.
