    This company took my car after I done try to show them my paper on the car 1:20 am in Northbridge courts apartments in Moncks corner I was outside and they came checking for cars to make sure they had the resident tags on I car and I live here and I have a resident sticker on my car and they went checking it and I ask why y'all lookin at my car I got a sticker on it he say I can still pull u car with a exspire tag I say I pay for my sticker and it still haven't cum back but papers right in the car so he walk off I let it go he start walking back with sun tires thing I don't know to much bout cars like that so I ran to my car and told him I not taking my car and he try to push it under ky leg and push my leg out the way with it so he say this wat we gonna doi I say yeah kuz all my stuff straight and My papers rite here in the car so thank god I ain't had to run in the house and get my keys my car door been open so when I went to go show him them papers he walk off and left in the truck so three sumthin he came and tow while I was sleep like I been living for three months and they tow my car the first time and they know that sticker been on there and I told them the last time I had all my rings straight me give them my papers but why after three months y'all goin too tow it again but yeah I was mad they took it and I say sun bad thing but y'all took it and y'all knew and show y'all my stuff was straight the last time so why y'all just towing my stuff and y'all alresdy know my stuff straight so yeah and all my daughter important papers in there and all my information like for real and they block me I got the message to on they facebook but please sumbody help me and he post to be a x police or whatever u should know the rules and people I still got my Evidence and witness it's more stuff to tell bout this company and I done talk to my and a few Berkeley county and they see my proffered and they say it was unlawful towing this company already have bad view comments

    Totally false statements. This lady has not followed rules her apartment complex set. She was towed twice actually and the first time was due to an expired temporary pass. We warned her at that time about her expired tag. The management and I Both gave her spicific instructions to go to the DMV with the paid recept and obtain one if she infact pad the taxes and they would provide her with sticker immediately. Fast forward now 30 days later my drivers were conducting patrols as required by the management and they tried to impound the car and this lady came out along with several other people, surrounded my drivers made death threats to them stating they would beat drivers and that drivers arent taking the car. My drivers avoided conflict fearing for their safety. The drivers returned several hours later to impound the car for the violation as management requested. The owners came out as they were pulling off with the vehicle chasing the tow truck with a mob of peopl. After the impound that morning This lady called and made death threats to me, the owner personally and we reported the incident to Moncks Corner Police Department. It was a completely ligatimate tow. The owner was warned and failed to comply with the rules. She never showed us any paperwork when asked she only said she had it. Reguardless if DMV didn't send valadation sticker or not she was instructed 30 days prior on how to fix the problem.
