    I live in a mobile home park I pay lot rent froset haven in Princeville nc. I was at home Saturday and an unidentified individual came to my door and handle me a letter she said here give this to Raquel B**** I thought it was a mail miss up. So I ask what is this she said again give this to Raquel B**** I had to tell her that I am Raquel B**** what is this she you have a fine and your going to pay it at this moment I who are you she said o I'm the property manager. I said why am I paying a fine and this is the first time I'm ever seeing you and clearly this is the first time you are ever seeing me because you didn't know that I was Raquel B****. She said pay the fine or you will be evicted. How can I be evicted and I'm totally unaware of what I did. Then said look at you lease agreement I said can I have a copy of my lease argument that I sign. She continues to tell me that it doesn't matter in my front yard in front of my neighbors a place that I have been staying since 2019 never been late on a payment never missed a payment that it doesn't matter if I sign the lease agreement or not or that if I was unaware of the changes in the mobile park that she never gave me 30 days notice about that I will pay the fine or be evicted. So I go to the office to get a copy of my lease agreement because she would not provide it to me any other way when I got the lease that I sign the fee was 100 I told her I'll pay a 100 because that's on the lease I sign she no your pay what I'll tell you to pay. I ask is there someone I can speak with other than her she said since you are so smart you can Google it. I have been calling the main office no answer voices mails no answer emails no answers nothing.

    Good morning,

    On August 24th, a verbal notice was issued to the tenant regarding the presence of a dog tied up outside the property. They were provided with a copy of their lease and the Rules and Regulations, emphasizing that this action is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the lease agreement. The tenant was given a grace period of 5 days to rectify the situation. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in the imposition of a violation fee, engagement of animal control services for the removal of the animal, and potential eviction for non-compliance with the agreed-upon standards.
    As of today's date, the violation fee has not been charged.

     I am rejecting this response because: I was not given notice of update prices and fines I have a right to have 30 days notice my lease agreement I sign say $100

We provided Ms. B**** with a copy of the lease and rules and regulations, emphasizing that this action is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the lease agreement. Ms. B**** continued to violate the policy regarding dogs, and a fine was issued.

    Trubild sold me 2 mobile homes in their mobile home 3.5yrs ago and promised to provide titles for them but date have not done so. They kept promising me is was being done but I have not received them and they have since sold the mobile home park and are not responding to my calls or emails.

    Is Mr. ****** ******* the person who filed the complaint? We do not have a record of this person in our system. Would it be possible to get an address where the homes that were sold are located? That might help us further research the issue.
