    I received an email that the store had "temporarily" closed. I understand that it is closed for good. I had a credit due to me of $175.87. I have emailed them and called them to no avail. I would like to get my money back.

    Aiden Fabric has unexpectedly
    and supposedly "temporarily " closed from what we understand to be a complicated divorcé settlement. They have chair cushions and fabric and will not respond to my calls or emails. I have paid in full and need to either pick up my property, get a refund or have my completed job. The original salesperson called me the day they closed but she no longer answers calls either. Doors are locked.

    We apologize for the delay as we have been inundated with requests and are responding as quickly as we can. The vendor that is producing the items requested by the customer has been contacted and we asked the designer to reach out to this customer to provide an update ASAP. We sincerely apologize for any problems this has caused.

    Yes I accept with hesitation the apology and explanation from Aiden Fabrics. I still have not heard directly from the owner of this company. I still have not received my completed project. I am hopeful this apology is sincere and that I will receive my finished project soon.

    This store notified us of "temporary closing " on 10/19/2022. I have paid all the charges upfront with no services or products. They also possess 6 dining room chairs that were scheduled to be recovered. There has been NO other communication from them since that first email. What can I do?!
