    We considered ourselves very fortunate to have Disaster Plus working hard for us during
    the repair of our water damaged floors. They were professional, efficient, and took good
    care of us during this stressful time.

    Around Nov 2021 a leak developed in the empty upstairs condo above one of our bathrooms and continued without detection until the ceiling and ceiling fan collapsed into the bathroom floor. By then the walls had become soaked and it was difficult to get the water source cut off. Also due to outside steel beam support problems our condo was closed off and on as the problems festered in the bathroom. On top of this the original people that we contacted and who were giving us estimates and who accepted the job of restoration to begin work in May had management problems and dropped out of the picture. You get the picture. We contacted Disaster Plus on 15 July 2022 - Received an estimate on 19 July 2022 - Received a final completion statement with work completed on 16 August 2022. They were a pleasure to work with, responded to all telephone calls, and kept us advised of progress throughout the project. Disaster Plus gets Five BIG Stars.
