    This is the second time we’ve used Timmy Hayes to move us. We’ve always been happy with their services.

    We had a rug that disappeared during the move. We contacted Timmy immediately. He said he would look into in. Over a week he reached out to his workers and they said they remembered loading two rugs. The one rug never made it to the new house we moved to. We spoke back and forth numerous of times during this period. I also sent them an invoice for a rug we purchased. It was under 400, which is more than fair. I contacted them once again. Timmy got me in touch with tammie who handles this sort of them. Tammie advised me that Timmie was out of town for two weeks and he was the only one that could write a check to us. I waited two weeks. Never heard a word. I then emailed Tammie again, she said he was coming back at the end of the week. I believe that’s been two weeks ago. I’ve emailed a few times since then, neither tammie or Timmy will respond to my emails.

    They also damaged my hardwood floors substantially. A flooring company was supposed to come out, never called or showed. Weeks later we just decided to put a rug over the scratches.

    I advised them I would look past the scratches if they would just compensate me for the rug they lost. As you can see they acknowledged they had the invoice for the replacement rug and they advised Timmy was the only one who could write a check. That seems to me they are admitting fault and we were waiting on Timmy to get back in town since he’s the only one that can write me a check. Neither tammie or Timmy has responded since Timmy has got back to town.

    I would like to be reimbursed for the rug I lost that I had to purchase.
