    This is a money hungry company. If u don't pay 308.00 for a pack of unk they won't allow you to use their printer. I could see if it were still under warranty. I've had mine for 3 years so I should be able to do as I please due to the company having no liability.
    The cost of this ink buys me a new sublimation printer that cost a fraction of what sawgrass sells theirs. Also, the ink is free flowing and last a very long time. Do NOT buy this printer unless you are only doing crafts from time to time. If u own a small business it doesn't make sense to pay this much for a printer due to the market being saturated with cheaper options.

    Bought the sg500 worst thing ever. Printer is now printing with grid lines. Sawgrass is a thief besides the expensive printer they want you to pay $300 each time you need ink. Wtf

    This company wants to have a monopoly on sublimation printers and ink. If they find you used another ink, equally as good as theirs, they will refuse to even help you with the paper roller error. Make sure before you sell your kidney to pay for this printer, you have a few more body parts to sell for the ink.
    Customer service was a joke and refused to help after spending $1600 on this piece of crap that didn’t even go through the first bundle of paper before being useless.

    I purchased a sawgrass sg500 sublimation printer less than a year ago. It worked great at first, however after a few months the prints were coming out faded and had vertices lines. I've tried calling sawgrass number and it's disconnected. My printer is still under warranty and I have not been able to speak with anyone at the sawgrass company. This is the most ridiculous company I've ever dealt with.

    Bought a laptop to use with my Sawgrass 500 printer and the printer wouldn't work with the laptop. Upon calling them all they kept asking me for was proof I was using Sawgrass inks... which I was. Had just paid **** for new cartiages but they would not help me install software without proof. They violate their own user agreement by not helping and saying I need to provide evidence of such. I have done nothing wrong to be treated like this and their company/customer service is horrible. Run away from this company they hustle you out of your money and then never help when there is software issue. I mean if you like being treated like a liar by all means use this company.

    I had to get a new laptop, I installed my sg400 printer and the options for paper, graphics/color didn't have drop down menu any more. If hit print anyway, nothing happened. Jan 19th I tried to call for help and ph# disconnected, so I went online. After almost two hours they abandoned me and went home without fixing. Jan 20th I get up early to try and get the issue fixed and still not fixed. I have been sitting here at the computer since 7:30am its now 10:13am, I have opened two more tickets since I was once again abandoned. I do NOT recommend this company for anything. Customer service is so bad. I am left with a lot of items to be sublimated, equipment I can not use without this printer working. And clients who have ordered things that I now have to turn away and refer the to someone else.
