    I purchased 8 books from Arcadia in October 2022. One of the books (********* * **************) had a printing glitch that created white blotches (looking like clouds) on the majority of pages- and the flaw was placed in different locations on almost all of the pages, blocking both text and pictures.
    I called Arcadia for the first time on October 31st and had to leave a message. This procedure carried on for several weeks, until I left the message that I was going to file a complaint to the BBB.
    I then received a return call from a Carlos R***** . In January of this year after reviewing my comments via email, Carlos requested I send photos of the affected pages, I sent 8 or 10 and offered to return the book for their use in tracking the problem. I was told not to return the book that they were sending me an expedited new book as soon as the shipping department could get it processed (1-3 days ).
    Nothing arrived by the end of January, I emailed Carlos, and was told my book had been sent via United Parcel Service several weeks earlier. The issue was, they only had my Post Office Box on file since that was the address where I had my original order sent, and it arrived via the United States Postal System.
    I send a lot of items in my business and know very well UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. So I gave Carlos my home address that you have on this complaint. Again he informed me the order would be sent asap the warehouse could process the shipment (1-3 days)..
    Here is my complaint: For some unknown reason, this well known and respectful company has allowed an employee that has a warped sense of customer service to push a fan of their work to file this complaint against the company over a book that costs $20.00! I am tired of the games, please notify someone in the corporation that has supervision capabilities to have the shipping department send me replacement Meadville, PA. book, of course I would gladly give them 1-3 days to process said order!!!
