5 starsHi everyone! Let me start by saying that I work for a solar company completely outside of my area who admittedly was my preference. I know how amazing they are and I know some of the games played by some reps and companies who don't even do their own installs or management of their panels but they aren't accessible in GA. As such I screened many Solar companies (7) to be exact and none came close to earning my business except for EMPWR Solar. Some solar companies told me it would take up to a month and even came with marketing offers like free for a year. EMPWR Solar was straightforward with me, took the time to sit down with me and explain everything they had to offer and I even tried to counter it with other companies and not a single one could compete with their service or offer. They installed my panels and battery in less than 8hours and were on their way. Very minimal proof of them even being here was also a great showing of their respect for my property and home. Their customer service rep appointed to me is second to none. As a Veteran and one who worked in customer service as a YN1 all around the world I can honestly state she is the BOMB!!!! half the reason my business with this company has been excellent is because of her and the salesman who came to my door. I do not like Salesman bothering me at home and he was so cool I almost invited him to hang out with us. My energy has gone down by half and I only had the panels up for three weeks and this was prior to getting the new meter from the utility company. I'm now signed up to the app and can check daily production and in the short 50 some days i've had panels, I've already had to use my battery once when the power went out during the day for no reason and everything worked perfectly and I was able to do my job at home remotely with no lapse in internet connection. If you're in EMPWR Solar's area and you're looking around stop wasting your time and go with them. I screened the rest, they are the best.Review fromConor Q.

Both the sales portion and install with these guys were excellent! Clay (my salesman) walked me through what the panel system would do for my house showing me the numbers of it all. Very thorough with the explanation and I'm impressed and very happy about the look of the installation. 5 stars from me!

Great company to work with. The installation was done perfectly. There was a last minute adjustment to the layout and several people worked with my husband and I so that we understood the changes perfectly. The panels are performing wonderfully. I feel like the price we paid was fair for the product. I've had to call Empwr a few times for help (like signing up to sell our excess production etc). They treat us just a great as they did before we became their customer.EMPWR Solar

I am an easy going person and very little gets me upset, but I have reached the tipping point. My interaction with EMPWR Solar's customer support on the phone is very cordial, pleasant, and they act very helpful but the end result of satisfying the customer is not there.
Our system started working in May 2021. The problem is that the system breaks down. I am waiting on my FOURTH inverter since installation. This time it has taken over 2 months for the inverter to arrive at my house. Once it finally arrived they delayed the installation, knowing that the system has not been working for months. I received another email from Jared Abel delaying the replacing of the inverter yet again.
There is an obvious issue with this inverter design or the installation of the system that causes the inverter to stop working. I was advised by the EMPWR Solar that sometimes you just get a bad inverter but REALLY, this will be my fourth one in a year and half. FYI, they use equipment from Solar Edge.
Be cautious when using this company for installation. We spent over 46 thousand dollars to help the environment and save money, by paying very little on our electric bill. This is NOT happening. I have asked the company to make this right and by changing the type of inverter to prevent this from continually happening, they have not. They advise that the warranty will not allow them to change the inverter. They could still do the right thing but they choose not to.EMPWR Solar

I am very sorry to see the issues you have had with your equipment. I have done a deep dive into all notes and service related to your project and its unfortunate that you have had multiple issues with your inverter.
Your experience with your equipment is not normal and we have initiated a claim with the manufacturer to compensate you for the time you have been down and without production. We will continue to put pressure on SolarEdge to make this right.
Unfortunately, we cant just switch the inverter out with another brand as all of the optimizers under each of your panels are SolarEdge and will only work with a SolarEdge inverter.

5 starsI've heard a lot of horror stories about solar power. Blogs talked about some solar companies scamming their customers, and my friend had had a less than perfect experience getting her system installed. When EMPWR reached, I had one of their consultant come by to show me how it works. The savings made sense, but I was worried about things going wrong. He explained how their warrantees and guarantees work, which was what made me decide to give it a go. EMPWR Solar did an amazing job on my solar power system. They explained exactly what the process and results would be, and then did exactly what they said. Tayler was amazing at organizing and scheduling all the different portions of the process, the install crew was fast and precise. I was kept abreast by emails and phone calls the entire way through. Now it's rolling and is producing exactly what I was promised when I first looked into it. I highly recommend EMPWR.Review fromLynda B
