    ** March, 2022 I went to get a simple tire repair. A young inexperienced boy attempted to help me. He didn't know what he was doing. Couldn't even get my tire off. After he had help to do so, he attempted to repair it and also had to help with that. When I left my low tire pressure light was on. I went back and they check things out and told me to drive it a while and it would stop. It never went off and started flashing. I went back again was told the exact same thing After coming home I did some research and found they had damaged my sensor. **** had a bad attitude also!! I went back next day and I was livid because the owner, **** ****, knew exactly what was wrong when he sent me away! He fixed it. I noticed later that 2 lug nuts were missing from my wheel lock pack. I've never done business with them since then. Last week I went to have new tires on my car and learned they had stripped my wheel lock out and I was also missing 2 lug nuts on one of my tires. They were unable to get my tires off. I went through the devil to find someone that could, but finally did. I'm A 66 year old woman and was driving around like that for 8 months. Went on several trips not knowing any of this. He didn't have enough respect to tell me. That's what upsets me more than anything. Thank God I wasn't stranded beside the road by myself in this dangerous world we live in and be forced to call a wrecker because I couldn't get my tire off. I felt like I had no other choice to report him. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
