Scared to death is an understatement of how I felt getting started with my series of lil short stories but the employees of Covenant Books really put my mind and heart at ease and got me through each step comfortably and I appreciate their efforts with extreme gratitude. It was a pleasure working with Covenant Publishing Company. They guided me every step of the way in getting my book published. I was able to ask any questions I had throughout the process and always got an answer. I plan to publish with Covenant In the future. I wouldn't choose any other publishing company. From the initial phone call I received from Sheree at Covenant Books with their offer to publish my first book, those I dealt with during the process from submission to publication were helpful and kind. I am very grateful for the publishing assistant assigned to me. Brenda ***** went above and beyond what I could have hoped. She explained the process along the way and addressed my concerns as they arose. Because I was unfamiliar with the publishing process and I am not 21st century tech-savvy, she patiently and professionally provided resources and encouragement, so I was able to accomplish each incremental step. Brenda does her job well; and when I finish writing my next book, it would be a pleasure to work with her once again.Covenant Books, Inc.

My publication assistant, Rachel, was fantastic! The process was smooth and her communication was both quick and clear.
While it was my fault for not asking more questions before committing, I was surprised by the number of books I would need to sell in order to break even on this investment. My goal was simply to have my book to hold in my hands - which I do! - but if you're hoping for this to be a profitable venture, ask lots of questions first.Covenant Books, Inc.

5 starsI have had a pleasant experience working with Covenant Books. My publication assistant, Cindy ******* was always there for me when I needed her, with speedy replies to all my emails. The editing was good, yet open to suggestions. For instance, I wanted to keep the British/South African spelling in my book, as I felt American spelling would spoil the authenticity. No problem. All errors and/or suggestions were listed, with spaces to make changes or suggestions. Yet, when I disagreed with anything they were more than willing to make the changes. You are given multiple chances to make changes and, when I found still more in the printing samples, they were yet willing to make the changes, albeit for a small charge. And Cindy was always there for anything I needed, whether to do with accounts or advice about my book.Review fromChester T

This was my second experience with Covenant Books - and it was great! Both times the service was excellent. I've been fortunate to have Tina Collins both times as my contact person, and has been outstanding. I don't know how long she has been with Covenant, but she should be retained, promoted and rewarded for her consistency, quick responses, great advice and personality. Only suggestion for Covenant: Taking eight months to bring my book to life the second time, seemed unusually long. Two months to design a cover - and then only to return the same design I had sent in as a possible guide for them. Way too slow - and I had anticipated something creative from Covenant for the cover.Covenant Books, Inc.
