    We signed a contract with Shelby to rent our timeshare points for the annual fee of over $10,000. Shelby used all of our points, stopped answering calls and returning emails. They then went out of business, essentially stealing our money by violating the terms of the contract. *********************** and Shelby are criminals and should be prosecuted for breech of contract and grand larceny! They get NO stars from us, but the system requires that we give them one.

    We put a deposit $1k for ******************** timeshare rental in January 2023, we are supposed to rent the unit in November 2023 and we have made many attempts by email and phone to reach someone at Shelby about our deposit and we have gotten no answers. Their website says they are no longer taking reservations but does not provide any way to reach them.They have basically stolen my deposit $1k and I want it returned! Plan to file complaint with the courts.
