    We tried getting our roof repaired (which had been fully re-done less than a year ago) by Riteway. We thought it may be a fluke, and it was pretty minor leakage, so we were hoping that they would cover the fix. After an initial look, we had a hard time getting a hold of them again, and didn't have a clear picture of what kind of repairs would be needed. After reaching out a couple more times, I got a message the morning of that a crew was going to stop by to fix it. I never received this message because I was already at work and didn't have access to my phone. My wife was caught off-guard when they showed up, and since a few weeks had gone by without follow-up we had already started talking with more responsive roofers. It appeared that they were going to do a quick fix, but my wife had to leave and she wasn't expecting them so she sent them away.From another roofer, he thought that the leaks were due to "water and ice" not being placed in the valleys. This isn't required by code, but is probably why it started leaking within a year (according to the second roofer). Riteway took their initial look after we called them about the leaks and said everything looked perfect.For the ********** area, people were sent to check our roofs out from ************. Riteway said they also had a ton of jobs to do which is why the response time was so long. I would recommend a local company for the ********** area.
