5 starsMy husband and I decided to enclose our screened-in porch after the spring pollen season. We also decided to replace our existing deck with a composite material. *** had been recommended by 2 friends, one of which was a custom home builder. At our initial meeting we decided to go for it! It was not a quick process but the results met all our expectations. Once we started the actual construction we requested several changes. The team responded positively. Construction materials were sourced and they were presented to us for approval. Once all materials were in the warehouse construction began. Initially a crew of 3 arrived, ****, **** and ***. Due to other responsibilities, **** and *** became our crew. They did not disappoint! They were polite, experienced, professional. Let me also shout out to the other people we encountered during our project...*****, ******, ******, **** and ****. They all had different areas of expertise and were open and responsive to all our questions and suggestions. Our project has just been completed and we are very pleased. April 2025 we solicited proposals from four companies to transition our screened porch into a three season room. After much consideration we choose Carolina Home Exteriors in Murrells Inlet. **** ******, our consultant, was extremely helpful and patient during deliberations. June 2025 saw the existing demolition and new installation performed quickly and efficiently by Sefi and ****** with **** as the project manager. Aside from some communication issues resolved satisfactorily, the process was straightforward and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

Carolina Exteriors recently installed sliding windows for us. The entire process was great. From **** as our sales **** **** the installer did everything perfect and made sure we were happy. ******, the manager, kept coming through the process to see if any questions or concerns. We worked with ****, **** and ****** for installation of an exterior roof.They were all very professional, diligent, knowledgeable and respectful.They checked with us every step of the way as the project progressed to ensure that we were satisfied with their work and that our expectations were being met. 5 starsThis was a wonderful company to work with. **** ****** was very professional and thorough. I knew exactly what was going to happen and when and if there was a problem, he always contacted me immediately. The gentlemen who worked with him were also very friendly and professional. They cleaned up the area where they were working and that makes a huge difference to me. I would recommend this company to anyone.
