      KB Sunspaces built a sunroom for us and was paid in full. They signed off last week that the project was completed and their inspection. I hired my own inspector as there were lots of problems with the sunroom. I emailed the owner to come and fix the problems, but they will not comply.I don't know what to do since the final payment has already been paid in full and now they won't even return my cals.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/10) */ Every single bit of this is NOT TRUE. We are NOT FINISHED, we are NOT PAID IN FULL, we did not sign off on this project. Her sliding glass door isn't even in yet! I set up an appointment to go out there myself to meet with her and she WILL NOT LET ME go. Her "inspector" was a competing company who bid on the job originally. Then she claims she had a county inspector out who she claims told her to sue me (just not true) and she won't give me his name to verify this. I have answered every single one of her emails. I don't know what the agenda is here, but this is not true. I will be contacting my attorney. She sent me an email saying she was going to destroy me, for some unknown reason, and she didn't care how much money it took. I guess she doesn't care how much she has to lie, either. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/10/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I am still waiting for the company to fix all the problems. I will be satisfied when everything if fixed and I am satisfied with their work and business ethics.
