I have used them in the past however ****** tried to do the bait and switch after already had signed proposal from owner

We originally went out to give a price to the client, to remove expandable foam and hardware cloth from an abandoned honey bee cavity. The price included removal of what was there, and installing a screen over the ********* the meantime, our crew went out to prune the tree and discovered that there were multiple cavities throughout the tree in other areas. As explained by our arborist that was up in the tree, there is a good chance that bees were entering the tree from these other *********** there is now a chance that bees are in the trees, the job has become 'hazardous' and the price has gone up accordingly. There was no 'bait and switch', as claimed by the client. The scope of work has changed and the price has changed as a result.
