    They sold us a stackable washer/dryer Dec 18th. Washer was defective. Then told us they needed a part. We waited. Then told us that manufacturer was replacing the unit. We waited. Then told us it was up to us to get it fixed. ..a month and a half later, of back and forth offered us a refund. It took 2 more weeks for them to pick up the defective machine -broke our neighbors window in the process. Three times they have said their put the refund through and now another two more weeks and we are still trying to get our money back. Latest? We have been told to contact their bank/third party finance institution to see why the funds are not credited, Called their finance company and was informed that they can do anything, they need A1 to contact them. owed back $1,300 and $450 for our neighbor's broken window.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     A1 Costal did give us a refund document. But no financial ($$) refund was given by the company. Warranty work was not done by the manufacturer and A1 picked up the defective machine and we can supply time dated pictures of the pick up procedure. They also broke a neighbor's window when they removed the appliance and she has yet to receive compensation for the broken window.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Refund was not issued. Can provide bank and credit card statements. A document worth 2 cents is not a refund of $1,300.00 in the bank. AND our neighbor has not been reimbursed for the window they broke.

    She has gone to their location/store front several times and been lied to - being told a check was in the mail- over 2 weeks ago , and VERY rudely treated on the last visit.

    I will continue this campaign until full refund (in actual money) and reimbursement to our neighbor has been given. A1 can potentially loose thousands of future customer or make this issue right.

    11/22/21 I purchased appliances over via phone for a new home in ************. Due to the pandemic my home was not finished in Dec. 2021. ****** @ A1 Appliance agreed to store these appliances for an undetermined amount of time. I chose A1 because it was the only small business I found in ************ that serviced what they sell with a 1 year warranty. My home wasnt finished until Jan. 2023.Untimely I finally took delivery of similar model appliances on or about Jan. 9th, 2023. The appliances looked like they came from a scratch and dent sale, I purchased new. I never signed a statement the products were in satisfactory condition. ****** told me he would make good on replacement parts and labor. He was also to swap out the clothes dryer due to the scratches and word ok written on it. Its been 12 months and hes never made good on his word. There is a video posted on ******* of ****** recorded by Living Local ********* WBTW, a local TV show. In the video he tells of the one year parts and service warranty. At no time did I ever expect to get appliances that did not come out of a new box. The pictures show the hand written notes on the *************** the dents on the refrigerator, the freezer door doesnt always completely close properly which causes frost buildup and the motor running continuously. I corresponded with ******, via phone, text, visits to his store. All resulting in promises he never kept. The refrigerator has the same scratches and dents, the freezer has the same problem, the clothes dryer now leaves black streaks on garments. ****** committed to correcting these issues and never did. I have given him every opportunity to make things right. Now I seek other options. I dont expect him to respond to you but I thought Id try. His cell phone number is ************, Ive always used this #. Coastal or Costal? I feel there is something unethical about this business. I paid A1 Costal not **********. I lived in PA. at the time of purchase.

    Not sure exactly what happened but if there was damgage due to delivery come in to the store and pick something else. Anything that is not fuctional is warrantied through the manufacturer
