I have paid roughly $300-400 Me and my wife have been going to this establishment for nearly 3 years. We know most of the people there and they know us. The issue first arrived last year me and my wife play a number of games and there's a certain amount of game we do play because 1. We are somewhat good at them and 2. They are fun. I met the owner of the Arcade and he told me and my wife that he knows we only play a certain amount of games because we win jackpots alot and he told us he has had youtubers come by and scam the place and he kind of implied we are scamming his business when not only does he have proof we are scamming him but me and my wife play some of the games because we are good at them. Shortly after he told us about the games we play we found the machines either shut off or "broken" for a while we thought nothing of it but after months go by I became suspicious that why are only the games we play "broken" or shut off? Then a while later I spoke to a couple workers and they didn't outright say they turn it off because of me and my wife but the girl said "they tell me to do things I don't agree with" something along those lines. I do not appreciate this business owner accusing me and my wife of scamming the Arcade and shutting the machines off that we enjoy playing. Unprofessional and rude.
