    I applied for the Y membership on 8/2/2022 and was given two. Passes that allowed access for my daughter and I. For the month of August by the young lady that took my application. While waiting on a FA determination. That application was lost for a week or more. Until I described to a man the details of my application being submitted. By the time I finished my workout he was about to find my application. So it could be sent over to the person that handles there Financial Assistance Application. Upon it being faced over one of the digits in my phone number. Was mistaken for another number by Deb, the person that handles FA apps. So when she thought she was speaking to us and informed her coworkers. Over at the YMCA she was actually speaking with someone else until the person. Finally inquired about not doing a YMCA so don't know the purpose of the call. But somewhere in the process of talking to them our August admittance was stopped. Because of her messing up and dialing the wrong number but informing the Y in MB. That "I wasn't returning her calls". I was finally able and get in contact with Deb after receiving her number. From an employee of the YMCA after also providing my correct number. When Deb and I talked and we discussed everything that I needed to provide them and what I wold be paying. On 9/8/22 I took the document Deb informed me to bring but Marc stated "that wouldn't work". I don't understand why he wants me to provide simmering totally different from what Deb informed me. Why is the financial information of someone I'm staying with needed for my application. When that's there income not mines and they not on my application. My conversation with Mar didn't go the best because he thought I was yelling at him, didn't like the fact that I said how unorganized the location is, etc. He threatened to call the cops on me so after a while I requested his boss info and left. I located Ryan and explained what was going on after Marc while I was on hold for
