    On October 15, 2023 I signed a contract with Coastal Audio&Video Llc and paid an invoice in the amount of $9373.61. In the beginning the owner of the company was very friendly and actively communicated with me via the phone setting up dates when they can come and do the discussed work in the house. However, it never worked out for them to show up, if they did come, they would leave the work incomplete setting up new deadlines. After I paid the full amount of the invoice, the owner **** started ignoring my messages and calls, and eventually totally vanished. They did 20% of the worked I paid for but even what they did - the equipment isnt even working. This is a complete fraud!

    We employed **** to do the Audio video for our home, We paid 58, ******. He kept telling us he was coming and then he did not show. doing things now he will not respond and has not finished the job.

    On 11/23/22 we signed a contract with ************************ and ************************ doing business as Coastal Audio & Video LLC at ***************************** Unit E in *********************, SC. The first mistake we made was paying them $4,000 to order 3 Elan security cameras along with the controller, recorder, etc. We also asked to have the Wi-if moved to the great room to improve connectivity. On 12/20/22, ************************ and 1 tech came for 1.5 hours to move the Wi-Fi and install 1 camera at the front porch. (Ring doorbell proof) Upon completion, *********** said they could come back 12/27/22 to complete the job. We planned to visit family that week, and we would not be there. However, our family had COVID and we came home 12/27/22. I immediately texted **** on 12/27 that we were back and would like for them to complete the job ASAP. I didnt get a response until I texted again on 1/6/23. At that time, they promised they would be there 1/16/23. He was a No Show. When I texted again on 1/19/23, *********** promised again that they would be here 1/26/23. Again, a No Show. ( I have text and phone call logs for all these.). We were then promised 1/27/23. Again, a No Show. Most responses pertained to the techs being detained on another job. (that was obviously getting priority, while ours was going on the back burner.) The next promise was on 2/3/23 to finish up. ( I left my husband in ICU to come home to get this job done). Two techs came and walked in the attic and back yard (where the third camera was to be installed), and decided they needed a third person to complete the job. Again, nothing was done. In the meantime we focused on getting my husband out of the hospital. However, they could have come over since he was home bound for several weeks. I texted again on 3/6 and 3/9, with No Response. They finally promised 4/3/23. Again, a No Show. On 4/7/23 my final text said Enough! Its been over 4 months. Please come after your equipment and bring us our cash.
