    I originally ordered 2 parts that both said were in stock at the time on 10/12/22.

    It was stated that most in stock orders would ship within 24 hours and allow 2-4 business days for shipment of my order, though some special order items may take up to 14 days. If we can not meet this time frame, we will contact you.

    This was not a special order item and after 2 weeks of not receiving my order and not being contacted by them I decided to contact them directly via the phone number listed on their website and I was informed it would ship by the end of the week. It is now almost a month later and I have still not received my order or any correspondence at all if it is being shipped.

    I have tried to reach out to them again and all phone numbers previously listed are now disconnected, the payment left my bank account on the day these items were ordered, I still have received no response to my email inquiry (being I could not contact them by phone) and have not been contacted in any way and have not received what I paid for.

    It seems as though they have just taken my money and scammed me.

    Thank you for advocating for us the consumer, yes I received my items shortly after reaching out to the BBB. There was no reason it should've taken a month to receive an item that stated was in stock from Myrtle Beach, SC. I'm in Georgia and about a 4 hour drive from dirty Myrtle so a month is unacceptable, of there was a problem they could at least communicate to customer via email, anyway in the end I finally received my items, thank you.

    I had ordered a radio for my 2018 dodge Durango on September 23 of 2022 at the time that I ordered it it stated that it will be here between September 28 and September 30 well ahead of hurricane Ian. I had paid an extra $109.40 for my part to be expedited to be here by those dates. He did not come by September 30 as I was told instead it's still in progress meaning they haven't even shipped it out. When I brought it up to their attention they had threaten to cancel the order. I told him I still needed the part I just wanted the expedited shipping that I had paid for to be reimbursed to me. Well instead of them trying to offer free shipping for their mess up no they told me I needed to still pay the $24.20 in order for the part to be shipped. The part should be here by now not still in progress.
    When I emailed them about this problem I got excuses. I ordered this part September 23 well ahead of any hurricane. Even paid for the extra shipping so that way it won't be an issue. I want my part right now and I want the rest of the money that I pay for shipping $24.20!

    The website does state that some orders can take up to 14 business days to ship. However, This order did not take that long and was shipped out within 8 business days. The customer has already been refunded $85.20 to cover the next day shipping charges.

    On 8/09 ordered and fully paid for a Jeep Soft Top. The shipping and price was fully set and calculated by the business. I completed the order and awaited shipping information.


    On 8/10, I got an email (attached) implying the agreed upon terms were impossible and I should have known shipping was too low.

    When I responded that was not acceptable, the order was canceled.

    I expect specific performance. I held up my end of the deal; it's unprofessional and not acceptable for a business to decide they want more, over night, and refuse to complete service if it isn't received.

    We are not seeing a customer under this name in our system, however, our website does state in our Terms and Conditions under the "Shipping and Delivery" that " Shipping rates vary based on destination, time frame, package size, weight, value, and courier. There may be an additional shipping charge required by the courier for oversized or heavy parts". A soft top would be considered heavy and oversized. We put this information on our site because there is currently no way to have real time shipping on oversized items. A quote for those items can not be made until the order is placed so we can run one for that address and item.
