The client came to our dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. She asked to have her vehicle appraised. Since 2018 our dealership videos every single appraisal we do as a general practice. We go out to the vehicle then immediately begin to video our appraisal. During the initial walkaround of the vehicle there was a plain as day nail sticking out of the tire, which was shown in the video. The customer is fully convinced that we placed the nail there ourselves to de-value her trade-in. This claim is completely false and we are appalled by her insinuation of this false claim, and damaging review.
