We took both of our vehicles to Jiffy Lube together at the same time on Monday, April 8 at 9 am. We asked for both vehicles to have oil changes and for both vehicles to have the tires rotated. When one of the employees started to remove the tire from my **** Fusion, there was a high pitch squeeling noise. My husband immediately asked an employee what the problem was and did their employee just stripped the lugnut on the front driver side, wheel. The employee insured my husband that the lugnut was just swollen and that they would not be able to remove the lugnuts or the tires. We believed what they said was true and waited til the oil changes were completed. When the oil changes were completed we were handed our bill. We chose not to have any of our tires rotated. On the bill it stated that the oil plug was stripped on our ***. We asked the employee regarding this and she said she typed it in wrong and wrote on our receipt that the oil plug was fine and initialed it. We went home. We received a phone call about 30 minutes after we got home. The employee on the phone stated they saw oil on the ground where our *** was sitting and to bring it back for them to check it. My husband went out to ********** to look under the *** and found oil on the ground and all over. While my husband was in ********** looking at our *** he decided to look at our **** Fusion wheel on the drivers front side. Jiffy Lube stripped not one but two lugnuts had not one but two that theystripped. When my husband took our *** back to Jiffy Lube the employees told him they did not strip those two lugnuts but they would refund the oil change charge on the ***. They refunded the oil change cost because they knew they screwed up and lied about it. Jiffy Lube expected us to pay $200 for the stripped lugnuts. Now we can't get that tire off to change it if we have a flat. I have a ************************ in two weeks in Virginia. I need my vehicle to drive it to VA.

Around three months ago I got a new alternator and battery, and I took it to Jiffy Lube to get the leak fixed( which is what caused the alternator and battery to go bad). The leak was not properly fixed which caused the same issue with my car. I brought it back there on Wednesday 3/29/23 for them to take a look at the car because the leak was not fixed( which they confirmed)They did not look at it until Thursday 3/30/23. ******* told me that he spoke with ******* and they discussed that they would fix the leak and give me a new alternator free of cost. On Friday 3/31/23, I called them to see what the progress was on my car and he said that it was not worked on yet because the guy that was supposed to fix it was out and that it would be fixed by 1pm saturday 4/1/23. On 4/1/23, they called saying the fixed the leak and will not replace the alternator because it was fine. They put a new battery in my car before asking me which I had to pay for. After I paid and turned my car on, I asked the manager why my battery light was still on. He said that it hasnt reset yet and that if the district manager could handle my concerns bc it was out of his control. He suggested I go elsewhere to test the alternator and battery. Five minutes later, my car broke down while trying to drive home.So they lied about confirming that the alternator was fine (they told me that they tested it just to say that they dont have equipment to test the alternator after I paid) and they went against what they said about fixing my car for free.I have been without my car for going on 5 days now and have not been reimbursed for all of the Ubers that I had to get, all of the deliveries that I had to make to eat.I was not offered a rental reimbursement. I have not received a call saying that they would fix it. My car is stuck in a parking lot because I cannot afford a tower to get it. I havent received a call back from the district manager. And if I dont have a car soon then I could lose my job.
