I would not recommend this school because I was constantly bullied not only by the owner of the school, but by multiple girls in the school the owner belittled me so bad in front of a client once that I went into a panic attack and had to cry in the bathroom and ask my mom to come pick me up because I was so upset and crying so hard I personally couldnt drive and when I let my instructor know the owner came up into the office and told me that Im too old to have a "temper tantrum" and to have my mother pick me up I was quite legitimately having a panic attack because she made me feel so crappy in front of a client. Then anytime that client came in, they would talk about me negatively to whoever was doing their hair. Embarrassing.I feel like it was a waste of money. I feel like literally I went to school and wasted my money just for them to teach me how to pass state boards, but not to teach me anything else $20,000 to barely have learned anything. Ive had to teach myself or learn from others why the heck did I get myself into debt to leave feeling a hatred for doing hair (for awhile, not anymore) and also not knowing ANYTHING except the bare minimum basics, if even that. These are just my personal opinions, Im sure other people share these opinions too.Everyone deserves an honest review If we can leave honest reviews for mechanics, hairstylists, and restaurants, why can we not leave a review for a school that we spent entirely too much money to go to? Several other people share my thoughts on this too yet for some reason anytime anybody tries to speak out it gets taken down and I think thats a violation of our rights because we should be able to give an honest opinion to help others make a decision, and how and where they spend their money to get their cosmetology license.
