    I had reached out to Mr. Handyman after having two faucets caulked down (that I had replaced myself) and one faucet replaced by Mr. Handyman. After returning home on 08/30 the sink that the repair man replaced the faucet on was leaking and I called that evening to leave a message about getting someone out to repair the leak. I gave my door code to allow the Handyman in because I was at work. I was told by the company that there would be no charge because it was within the 30 days of the service. The entire day went by and I got a text at 3:33 that afternoon, the tech got to my house at 9:32 in the morning, or was dispatched to my house at 9:32 in the morning according to my texts. I was told that my faucets had faulty plastic stoppers and all 3 sinks were serviced with new stoppers and I would be charged $55 for each one. I was not asked if this was ok while I was at work and in the past they had no problem calling me or me answering calls when I wasn't at the house. I only asked that the one sink be serviced but was under the impression that I would not be charged. My other sinks had no leaks so I don't believe that the 4 identical faucets I purchased had faulty plastic stoppers. I do not want to pay the now $198 that is being invoiced to me because again there was zero day of communication of parts pricing or the repairs being done in other areas in my home and was also not informed of the cost of the replacement parts to the sinks. They took out the entire plunger mechanism not just the faulty plastic piece. The cost would have been far lower if I would have gotten only the plastic piece repaired and that's not the case.
