Contracted with the company to lay concrete on my driveway and sidewalk. They began the work on December 20, 2024, and then came back on December 30 to finish the job. I complained to them about dark spots, scuff marks, scrapes, and cracks that were left on the concrete when they finished the work. They came back on February 1, 2025, to fix what was wrong and didn't do anything. Since they laid the concrete, I have kept it roped off and not used it.Initial Complaint

I paid them ******* on April, 20 2023 when they came to power wash the driveway to prepare it for staining.They told me they would be back in a couple of days, never showed. I called and they told me they would be there next week. They never showed. I would call and leave messages, no response. My husband called and said they would be there on Saturday between 9:30 & 10:00 they didnt show. I called at 11:00 and was told that the place they get the product from was closed on Saturday. She said they will be there on Monday. On Monday another person came and said he was power washing the driveway again, because it had been awhile. This person said I had to give the deposit, I told him I already gave it on 4/20/2023, he said okay. That was the last time that I have had any communication with anybody. That was the first week in May. I have called and left so many messages and no return calls.What is my recourse. On the morning of 6/3 they came to pour and there was a potential of rain in the forecast. I had spoken with Stephanie before hand and asked if it rained what was the process? I was assured if it rained the patio would be covered to prevent damage. I asked the same question of the contractor who also confirmed it would be covered. When the cement truck came, the contractor spent about 5 minutes or so running extra water into the cement truck watering down the mix. After the pour. It started raining hard and they left the patio and did not cover it like I was told it would be. When they returned the rain had washed away most of the surface of a good portion of the patio on to the other portion. When they returned they attempted to fix the concrete with a machine but were not successful. In the process they knocked some of the siding loose as well as broke a piece of the corner as well as getting concrete haze on the siding. The patio continues to deteriorate with each rain storm, and now cracks are beginning to show (no cracks guaranteed). The contractor offered to add two or three inches to the pad to fix it. I told him that the increase would be above the patio door and siding and would not work. He agreed the patio should be replaced but that it was KC who had to make the decision. I have been trying to contact KC or Stephanie every day or two either by text or phone messages since. We paid for the labor upfront in cash and paid the concrete truck directly, which ended up costing approximately $24.00 more than our agreed upon contract. Even after multiple requests for KC to come out and look at it, no show. I have sent pictures to Stephanie documenting the issues. I paid for a 3rd party inspection of the slab which also confirmed it should be replaced. Supercrete agreed to remove and replace at no charge with 2 different dates, 10/11 and 11/1. Both missed and no response from them. Today is 11/16 and no response.Initial Complaint

Company was hired to replace concrete driveway. Written contract stated company guaranteed in writing "no cracks." Large crack appeared shortly after job completed. Hired Supercrete to replace our driveway with pavers in February. We gave them a deposit of $8000. I have called and text beyond multiple times. Getting the runaround. They gave me a name of a company they said they ordered the pavers from that they said hadn't come in for several months. I called and they informed me they don't do business with Supercrete and that they don't even carry those pavers. KC the owner of Supercrete has sent texts to me that he will get it done and stated he would call me when he returned from out of town. That didn't happen and I have been calling every number I have with absolutely no response. I want my money back!
