    My complaint pertains to a concrete stamping application on my screen porch floor at my home in ******************. Project was done in a timely fashion (early Aug 2021) & on the day of completion, I was very pleased by the appearance of what had been done. The purpose of the job was to "cover up" an unsightly concrete floor with a new "overlay" with what is known as a stamping process & applying a very attractive caramel color stain. I was very satisfied for several months, but then I contacted the owner of the franchise, via email, voicing my displeasure. It appeared that the subfloor "material" emerged into the new overlay, resulting in many patches of a gray color throughout the entire floor. My thought, which I relayed to the contractor, was that maybe a sealer was not applied. It progressively got worse & I became quite upset having spent $1,680 for an inferior job. I had hoped that it would resolve itself by washing it down with a hose, but it did not. In May, 2022, I emailed the owner of the franchise, ******************* & expressed my complete dissatisfaction. He replied via email that he would stop by to assess the situation, BUT NEVER DID. I recently sent him 3 emails, & explained that much time had passed because I had personal issues - one of my daughters was dealing with recurring health problems and I was plagued with spinal back pain issues that I suffer with. Therefore, my priorities needed some adjustment. This week I attempted to reach ******************* via phone (cell?). There was no answer, nor voicemail option - the message was "no one is available" and it disconnected. I explained to him in one of my emails, that I am a Senior, running my home on my own, & it was somewhat of a challenge for me to spend $1,680 on this job, but I was excited because I felt that it would greatly enhance the appearance of the porch, especially from a resale value. I don't think it's asking too much to have the porch repaired, & if that is not acceptable, issue me a full refund.
