We own a condo on the beach that we wanted to renovate but were renting it out. Luckily we accomplished this working with Grand Strand Builders, having the renovation over multiple phases rather than having one large job that impacted the summer renting season. **** (the owner) worked with us over several years to get to our renovation completed so that we could retire here in comfort.
Full remodels of both bathrooms, the kitchen, bar/pantry, living room and two bedrooms including a lot of custom work that her team was up for the challenge to meet our needs. Originally our unit was very 80s, Beth created a very modern home for us which included - having ceiling fans, full size appliances, and tons of storage.
GSB's price is probably a little higher than average for the area, but **** stands behind all of her work and resolved any/all issues encountered above our expectations without question. She has a very talented and reliable team working for her (which is a hard thing to find in the Myrtle Beach area we discovered compared to our previous home up north - we call it "Beach Time"). My wife and I highly recommend GSB for your construction/renovation.

Excellent customer focused company! We converted storage space into a new master bath. ****, a real professional, was great to work with throughout the whole process from design, estimates, scheduling, and responsive to changes as the project reached completion. First time we worked with a contractor in ************ and we hit the jackpot. They brought the project in on schedule, on price with high quality results! I can not say enough about this company and *********************. She has done a remodel and a new build for us, and we were extremely pleased with both projects. **** is very knowledgeable and creative. She pays attention to detail and is an excellent listener.
