I took a continuing education class for my cosmetology license. I took the class on March 6. I still havent received my *** certificate and I have emailed them at least 8 times and I did hear from someone one time. But have been ignored since. Now my license has lapsed. I will be very upset if I have to take another class and pay a late fee to renew my license.

Hello, our association has been in business since 2010, providing cosmetology continuing education in **************. We were responsible several years ago when the ******** Board was not allowing ************** cosmetology licensees to obtain continuing education during the month of January, February, and March our association went to the ************** General Assembly and requested that a proviso be introduced to extended CEU until June that year, and the Governor agreed and sign it into law. We are a proactive association, and we apologize to ********************, but everyone must understand that there was mitigating circumstances "Her last name did math what the state board had" that did not allow us to submit her hours when she was requesting. If we submit incorrect information on a person they will kick back every licensee on the report and charge our association. This was during renewal when thirty thousand other licensees are trying to accomplish the same goal. Her name did not match what the board had which prevented us from submitting the completion as registered. However, her completion was submitted she was not late, and no late fees were charged against her license. We are providing the evidence that will provide that ******************** did receive what she purchased, 4 Hours of Approved CE that was submitted prior to March 10, 2022, allowing for ******************** to renew her license within ************ requirements set forth by the ****************************** Thank you and we hope this helps to better understand why we were not able to process, without talking with ********************. Proof  of identity is required in todays world, we would not want someone else to use ************************ account that is registered to her.

I paid for and completed the 4 hour continuing education course on December 14, 2022 in order to renew my cosmetology class. Hours were never reported to SCLLR by ****** despite having a response from the company in January 2023 stating that I had the completion showing in my account and would be receiving a certificate. After six attempts for support the hours have still not been reported and my professional license has lapsed. I will now be required to complete another course as well as pay a late fee. Worst customer support Ive ever had.

Hello, *************************** did purchase a CE course from our association. After, reviewing this case we have ascertained the following. **********************, course experienced a technical issue and as a result her CEU submission was delayed. However, due to fact that it was not anything she had done on her part we have submitted her hours where as her hours will not report late. Currently, the board does reflect her being lapsed that status will change upon The **************************** submitting her hours to the ************** of ************ We are hoping that ****************** understands that she will not be help late and that this error was out of our control.

****************** WILL NOT HAVE TO BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN ANOTHER COURSE FOR THIS LICENSING CYCLE.

ISSUE HAS BEEN RECTIFIED. BELOW SHOWS HER HOURS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED; WE ARE SORRY THIS OCCURED...

I'm a licensed cosmetologist, and paid for continuing Ed. Took my valuable time and money, and never received the hours- could not get anyone to follow back up or call. As several of the other complaints say. This business is clearly not legit, or doing something illegal.
