    01/12/25 11:27am Ordered drink at Dunkin. Arrived to pick up drink. Dunkin team member loosened the lid of the drink and it dumped all over me and inside my car. It ruined my clothes and my car seat covers and my car required professional cleaning. It made me late for my meeting that day. I reached out to the store/franchise as well as corporate. I was finally contacted by the store area manager 4 days later. No refund was offered. I want a refund, as the drink was dumped in me, not consumed. Furthermore I want compensation for my car seats being cleaned.

    ****************************, dba Dunkin' offered ****** a refund for the inconvenience she experienced during this visit.  We investigated the complaint and could find no evidence that the lid was not on the drink when she received it and she sped off from the drive through window.  We have reached out to her via phone (left a voicemail with no return call), texts and emails.  She was offered a refund at that time but would need to come to the store where she received the product for us to give her the refund due to how it was ordered.  She was told this but declined to do so.

    YOUR COMPANY OWES ME AN APOLOGY. 

    NO. ONE. EVER REACHED OUT TO ME VIA PHONE CALL. EVER. STILL TO THIS DAY. PERIOD. 

    YOU WILL APOLOGIZE AND REFUND MY MONEY, OR I WILL SUE FOR THE COST OF THE DRINK, THE FOOD, MY TIME, MY CAT CLEANED, AND EMOTIONAL DAMAGES.
