  On 10/12/24 I went to the ***************** location and i booked a hybrid set of lashes with ***** ******. Once my service was complete, it was not what I booked and nothing like what I wanted. Naturally, I am aware that I do not have super full lashes but Ive never experienced anything like this. It was not until the lash tech was done that she told me that I did not have enough lashes for the look I wanted. She even told me that she should not have done my lashes to begin with. Now, if she knew PRIOR to doing my lashes that she would not be able to give me the desired look that I wanted then she should have told me that BEFOREHAND and I would have left. I understand not every lash tech is able to service every lash type. But she did not do that. She instead let me lay there and give me something I did not want. She worked on lashes that she knew she wasnt going to be able to fully provide a decent look to. These lashes look unacceptable and for me to have be charged after this type of service is crazy. The only reason I was unable to book with that location today was because they were fully booked. Since i had great experiences with them, I figured Id give the other location a chance thinking Id have the same experience. Unfortunately I did not. I love getting my lashes done and this has really been a bad experience today. Is there anyway I can get a refund for this service? For me to have to pay there and get lashes done by one of the lash tech and then be told AFTERWARDS that she shouldnt have done my lashes at all because my natural lashes arent full is not okay. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I am now aware of who I know i can go to and which location is better for me but I would like to be refunded for the unacceptable and unprofessional service I received today.

Nancy is one of our most skilled and experienced lash technicians, and she takes pride in providing exceptional service to every client. We reviewed the before-and-after photos of your lashes and it's clear that Nancy worked diligently to create a beautiful set despite the challenges posed by the condition of your natural lashes. As Nancy explained, your natural lashes were quite damaged, thin, and sparse, which made it difficult to achieve a full and uniform hybrid set. Despite this she did her best to fill in the gaps and create a look that would complement your eyes. Please see the picture of your natural lashes below. It's impossible to fill in the gaps where there are no natural lashes growing. That is the gap you are seeing. 
  In recognition of the circumstances, she even charged you for a classic set instead of the hybrid set you initially booked. We value your feedback and strive to ensure that all our clients have a positive experience. Under normal circumstances, we would be happy to offer a complimentary touch-up or explore other options to address your concerns. However, we believe that the negative reviews you posted online before contacting us for a resolution was premature and unfair to Nancy, who went above and beyond to provide you with the best possible service under the circumstances.
