  We had a horrible experience with the A&I Restoration staff in **************** who were disorganized, dishonest, and discourteous. Over a five-month period, mistakes on their part delayed the house repair project by at least 30 days, and caused much confusion given their dismal communications where they seldom replied to emails, and if so, with insufficient details. The repair estimate alone had to be recalculated a few times after we identified several errors. (Note: We agreed to pay for an expense that was not to be charged to us so that progress could be made.). Early on, structural integrity concerns for this $10,000+ repair were raised by insurance adjusters and the county inspection office. Only after we asked about a final county inspection (as work was underway) did they acknowledge their mistake and then belatedly and begrudgingly sought a permit in midstream that took them over two weeks to obtain. During that period, work was stopped due to them failing the subsequent first inspection. The lead office manager, project manager, and estimator poorly communicated with us, the **** and the county inspection office who was astounded by this lack of professionalism and organization. Our trust in them was lost nearly right from the start and onto the final inspection that passed, fortunately. We requested and held meetings at their office to resolve their own issues (including making a final payment in full). Several retained emails among the above participants support the above deplorable circumstances. Beware and Avoid! - TJB

  ************* and 6 pets to a fire. Horrible work done by A & I managers and sub contractors. Moved us in without 100% inspection. Withon week 1 upstairs shower leaking thru kitchen ceiling. Had my own ispection done!!!!!!!!! Almost all outlets have something wrong. Wired backwards, no GFI, tiles om bathroom floor so uneven that we ruin socks daily. Entire kitchen granite countertop left out in rain and has mineral stains everywhere looks like spilt coffee. Flip a switch in laundry room and qhatever is plugged into hall outlet comes on. Worst paintng and bathroom caulking I have seen. Wrong size AC unit put in. Their answer was to send an "electrian" who speaks absolutly no English!!! No k**** on bathroom vanity. Tile in master shower half flush and half sticking out . The electrical is so horrible especially for a family that just lost everything

  Interesting.  Fire happened in July 2009.  Once we completed our work we filed a lien on the home because the owner wouldn't pay.  After two and a half years the outstanding balance was finally paid because the homeowner wants to sell the home. 

  We passed our inspections required by the county during the restoration process, which includes electric.  Sorry the homeowner now feels the needs to leave a bad review.
