    Started May 2024 My floors were peeling finally in June 2024 after contacting interior floors and ****** they sent someone out and took a month to install then left me with no trim. I called ***** she had no in site as to what they did or didn't and she is from customer care. I asked to have a manager call me 2 days ago then called again today. She had NO address for the company to me to make a complaint to. I have spent 4 hours researching this is very poor employees don't even know their own business address or how to get me elevated. More transparent of business they don't answer the phone ***** had no known address to give me to send complain to. I sent emails no one got back to me I had to hunt down names and numbers because workers left my floors installed and no trim. took 3 days for me to call and call and ask for what was going on. Unprofessional business practices. I would like a call or letter of explanation. How do you stay in business this way.??
