*********************** of CRG compaies has botched every step in the process of representing me in my purchase of **************************************************************************************. the closing is still incomplete! In the beginning she used scare tactics to get me to up the offer by $2,000.00 saying there was a cash offer. She only filled out the initial paper work and had me do all the work in contacting all parties concerned. I contacted CRG companies multiple time to complain and still have not received any response. *********************** showed up at my house at 9pm on Friday, unannounced while I was sleeping to pick up the For Sale sigh. She took the placard out and the frame is still laying on my lawn where she left it. So disappointed and hope there will be proper attention from you to take action against CRG companies and their Representative ************************Thank you kindly.Best ********************************* ****** P.S. I don't think I should pay her commision! She is representing me and the seller and has angered us both!

    Contact Name and Title: *********************

    Contact Email: ******************************
CRG Companies, Broker-In-Charge, *********************** has conducted a thorough review of this transaction both internally and with Mr. ****** and the Seller of the *************** residence. Attached is a complete response to each issue stated by Mr. ******* This information has also been communicated directly with Mr. ******* who appreciated the additional information and follow-up.

The property seller also confirmed that while the closing was challenging, ***** was able to finalize the transaction to his satisfaction stating she "was wonderful to work with and would go above and beyond for you." As noted in the attached, the closing issues were not the fault of the Seller, *****, or fully Mr. ****** but were just a reflection of the regulations surrounding mobile home sales.

Upon thoroughly investigating this transaction, we have concluded that the allegations of Mr. ****** are unfounded and request your assistance in resolving this issue favorably. As a boutique, local brokerage, we take customer service seriously and rely on our excellent standings within the community and with respected designations such as the A+ rating CRG Companies has held from the BBB for ten years. Attached you will also see screenshots of the client communications. She has been an active Realtor with CRG for over five years, with an annual sales volume of $5M+, and has never received a formal complaint from a client during her tenure. The following outlines our investigation of this transaction:

-Mortgage- SC Laws prohibit agents from handling the mortgage paperwork. The lender deals with this to protect all parties, as agents should have no access to private financial information. By law, we can offer suggestions for reputable lenders. However, we cannot influence the selection, therefore, cannot be held liable for the work of the Buyer's mortgage lender. In this case, there were some issues with obtaining the necessary paperwork; however full details are unavailable to CRG. The *************************** of ************** can be reached at **************

-Commission Refund- **************** did represent both the buyer and seller in this transaction. It is standard practice; the Seller pays all commissions and has confirmed a complete knowledge of the commission fees with no dispute regarding their payment. Mr. ****** did not pay for the services of ***************** Therefore, he would not be entitled to any refunds of a commission payment.

-Offer - At the time of negotiations, there was an active cash offer on the home. ***** must disclose this information and guide her Buyer to make a sound decision. In Mr. ******** case, she was entirely within the ethical and legal bounds of the transaction to educate her client on the status of the property.

-Closing - ***** and the Seller agree it could have been a smoother process. Upon review of the transaction, we found three factors that affected the closing negatively, causing delays 1) Mr. ****** was missing insurance documentation needed at closing 2) The lender's requirements for additional information (see above for Lender information if more details are necessary) 3) Issues securing a Notary, it's important to note that the property was a mobile home sale which is a DMV transaction vs. a tradition closing at a lawyer's office and requires a Notary of the Public to finalize the deal.

-Signage- Both parties have misunderstandings surrounding the plan to remove the signage. However, we can confirm that the structure has been removed and note that this is not typical of CRG's process. However, **************** confirmed that the removal was handled swiftly once she was aware of the issue.

-CRG ************************* submitted one (1) online chat with a marketing bot on our website, which was redirected to a spam folder and was unread since the automated system did not qualify it as an active lead. (Note: this system will be updated to ensure future communications are received. He also claims to have called our main offices and spoken to an employee; however, none of the staff have a record of this call. Our office phone numbers and emails of our Broker In Charge, COO, and Sales Manager are posted on the website, and we have a plan to report customer inquiries. These procedures were fully communicated to In our call Mr. ******* who expressed his appreciation for the information and our follow-up call to his BBB complaint.
Our team respects the prestige of our rankings with the BBB and holds the satisfaction of our clients in the same esteem; therefore, we are fully dedicated to assisting you in investigating this claim.
