    On the date of February 18th, an online order with Golf Apparel Shop was fulfilled and sent to my house. When I received the order on February 22nd I placed it aside. On the 24th of February, I tried on the clothes and realized they were too big. I went back on the website and put forth an exchange transaction for the same shirts one size smaller. The original order number was WGA310339. Once finished I printed out the return label and sent the shirts back which were received on February 25th. I then reached out through email to G.A.S. two days later because I had not received any information involving the exchange order that should have been sent to me. I did receive a generic AI-created reply. I waited til March 6th to allow time for the information to be sent or receive the clothing. At this point, I reached out for the second time to find out information on my order. Whether I received the clothes or a refund was fine with me. I just wanted to hear back from them. I received an AI-created response for the second time and received no help in obtaining my order. Again, allowing time for a response from the company I gave it til March 10th when I reached out for the 3rd time. I received the same response telling me my request is being looked at and being taken care of as soon as possible. It's been two weeks and nothing has been taken care of. I sent my last email today because the company has no customer service number to call and explained I was going to involve BBB in which I received another AI-generated response, saying that I should await your intervention and that there is no action they can take because it's under review. It doesn't take 2 weeks to review if a shipment left the facility 2 weeks ago. It doesn't take 2 weeks to respond to a customer. Please Help!

    Purchased pants that were too long; promptly returned the pants and pants were received by organization (***. Ex. #************. Refund never arrived, so disputed same with credit card company. When credit card company investigated, the Golf Apparel Shop contested and I was re-charged for pants that I had returned. My account with ********************** indicates that a refund was given, but it never was forthcoming. So, I have no pants and NO refund. I have reached out numerous times to the organization to no avail. Please help resolve this!
