The manager Garret M***** at Thomas gymnastics hired us to build a discount card for their cheerleading program. After we worked for 2 months, the lady he delegated the task to just vanished. He is now claiming that he had nothing to do with it and he is telling us the lady he delegated to is responsible for it and she will not reply. This man contacted us, put someone incharge of the project so we started working. Now we are out $2,500. We've been swindled

    Business Response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/12) */ They are wrongfully accusing our business of being the ones that signed up to do business with. Neither myself or an employee of Thomas Gymnastics signed a contract with them. As a business we do not get involved with fundraisers but we allow our parents to do whatever fundraisers they would like to do to raise money for their fees. The only thing we do is if we see a fundraiser we pass that information on to the parents. If a parent wants to head it up and do it then they do. In this case we received an advertisement email from them and I simply forwarded it to our parents. We had a parent that wanted to set it up and they personally contracted with them. They were not happy with the product that they provided and asked their company to try again. They received no response for over a month so the parent moved on.
