    Purchased a new home in March 2019. From the day I moved in, the A/C and Heating Unit has not worked properly. Over the course of the last year Air Mechanical was contacted over 8 times to troubleshoot my unit. They installed my unit and hold the warranty. Each time the mechanic indicated different things were wrong. Each visit I was assured that I should not have anymore problems. I even reached out and discussed with the owner my dissatisfaction about the unit. During the summer months my home never cooled to the desired temperature. The heat seemed to work fine thru the colder months. I recently brought in a local HEAT/** service provider that I had used in the past. He found...one damper was never connected....the Thermo static Expansion Value was improperly installed resulting in the inability to reaching proper Freon amounts for the ** component. This week on the warmer days my house would not cool. I am past my one year warranty period now. I reached out the Air Mechanical to only discuss my dissatisfaction. A homeowner with a new unit should not have to deal with the issues I have. I requested that the owner of the company contact me. That has not happened. The individual who answered the phone pretty much told me that they would repair it for free. Why, after over eight trips to my house, want that. It is obvious they is some level of incompetence within this company. Clicked one star because that is the minimum.

    Trane HVAC unit rattles like ********** and they say it's completely normal when running beside several much quieter units. Happy to invoice me for nothing though. I will be complaining to Trane and finding a new vendor for this and future problems. AVOID AIR MECHANICAL like the plague.
