    Multiple calls and texts with no response on a six month Service for a new installation. I recommend not using this company.

    Unfortunately we did have to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances. Sometime like throws you curveball and Unfortunately we had a few of them in the last week or so. Yes he is due for a 6 month check up however he was not charged at all for this service nor was it attached to the cost of the new unit. This is a free service that is offered with every new Install. I did reach out this morning to come out today but was turned down. We would definitely stand behind our work if given the chance.

    Just wanted to say that ********* and ***** are fabulous. We called late last night because the fan on ac was not working. They came here the next day and fixed the problem right away. ********* always does the maintenance. Shes very reliable and always answers my calls and or calls right back. Great pricing on new units. They put a new unit in a few years back and have been amazing ever since. I highly recommend them.

    This is an absolutely horrible company which should not even be in business today. One time when I wish I could give zero stars because ZERO is what this company cares!I thought this company did great on the install of a complete HVAC system, and then when it got cold, we froze our butts off and when contacted they told me it was just because the weather got so cold! When I persisted they finally came out and looked, months later. Low and behold...they had forgotten to install the HEAT STRIPS in the installation!! Holy Cow! How do you miss this? And then they agreed to come back and install them. Great! Well...except they NEVER returned! Despite more than 100 calls and texts to *************************** over the next year-plus, they would NEVER respond!What a sham of a company when they operate like this!Never, EVER use this company, even if it is the last one available!
