    In November of 2022 we signed our contract with the company to begin to build our home. They did not break ground until after January 2023. After many delays and setbacks with *** ********* as our head contractor, we were not able to move in until January 2024 at this time they did a walk-through and many items were flagged. Below is a list of everything that was not done after the final punch-list was completed. General Outside:Sheets of shingles are falling off of the roof. (This is the second time)Several paint touch*** throughout the exterior of the home Front Entryway:Several paint touch*** are still needed The painters did not use tape on the black hinges and several are covered in white paint that needs to be removed. Front Guest Bedroom:Paint touch *** are needed on both the gray walls and white trim The corner by the window and closet was never even painted.The door to both the closet and the room is rippled where too much paint was used and needs to be repaired. **** Closet This door also has ripples from the excess ******** the hall ceiling, the cover to the attic still needs to be painted.Also the access to the attic needs another coat of paint Guest Bathroom The entire ceiling above Olivias shower needs to be painted. Several touch up areas as well on the walls The tile in her bathroom is not even The toilet continuously clogs Olivias Bedroom Her entire closet never received a final coat of paint and also the edging needs to be painted. (******** should remember the need to fix the edging on all of the closets)There are marks near her curtain rods on both windows where the worker put them in the wrong place and did not putty and paint over the mistake.Olivias overhead light still only works 50% of the time even though the light/fan was *********** see the complete list due to character limits visit: ************************************************************************************
