    I Entered into contract with Mr. ************************* of ER Homes, LLC to remodel and decorate our home on April 3rd 2024 with a deposit of $7000.00 and after agreeing to additional work a second deposit of $18000.00 on April 14th, 2024 totaling $25000.00. He told us this money was being safely held in a separate account so he could draw from that as he purchased materials and paid his helper. He showed up for barely eight hours total, did some work with materials that were never approved and with the result being horrendous, cheesy and poor quality. The work quality was very poor as well. All had to be removed. He did not follow his own contract and then he broke the contract. As of this date I have not been able to speak to him, only text messages. He doesn't return calls. He has stated that he sent a refund check on June 13 through his accountant for the full amount, no check has arrived as of this day, July 10th, 2024. ******************** has offered many, many excuses why I (we) haven't received his check, one lie after another. His text today stated that he is Bankrupt and that he is working with his attorney as to how to pay us back. We were told that our deposit was being held in an account at the ******** *********** ******** Bank has no record of such an account. Warning to ALL, check out "ER HOMES LLC", BBB rate him with an F, lowest rating on the scale

    ************************* DBA ER Homes LLC took a deposit from me for a proposed renovation of two bathrooms and updated interior design of three bedrooms. He has not fulfilled any of that obligation in almost a year. He promised a return of my money several months ago, but I have received nothing. He has not responded to letters from me or my attorney.
