    We contracted to have a home built by sands building group more than 2 years ago. We have continuously be fighting with ti[he company to make thing right due to poor quality workmanship. This request id[s to be reimbursed for $2,430.00 owed for HDMI cables and IR kit never installed. We have asked for reimbursement numerous times with no response from sands.

    We closed on our home in ************* on 2/2/2022 after numerous delays. Items remained on the "punch list" to complete after closing. The majority of these items were never resolved. Per our builder agreement/contract we submitted a ********************* the time frame specified. Again the vast majority of these repairs remain unaddressed. Most significant is an electrical issue that could pose a fire risk that they have not been able to diagnose and resolve. They have no call, no showed for scheduled repairs countless times. Each of these occasions required one of us to stay at home from work in order to allow access for repairs that never happened. At this point, we have no confidence in the builder completing the work after 11 months of minimal action. We'd like to contract the completion of the work to a third party and have the expense covered by Sands ***************
