    DO NOT HIRE this inspector .***** inspected my house and gave a totally clean report. But he failed to discover multiple major defects. The most egregious was water leaking in the **** system, which caused damage and showed rust that was evidence of problem that obviously existed long before the short span between his inspection and my move-in 1 month later.The mold forming as a result put me and my 90-year old mother at risk for Legionnaires Disease . He also did not report that the ceiling fan on the enclosed patio does not work, that there are loose boards on some of the kitchen cabinets that and that there is a soft depression spot on the hardwood floor near the kitchen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this inspector and have serious doubts whether he even showed up at all , taking advantage of the fact that I was out of town buyer and couldnt be present for the inspection.All of this was done after requiring full payment upfront.He is a SCAM

    DO NOT USE *********** FOR YOUR HOME INSPECTION!!!! HE INSPECTED A HOME I WAS BUYING AND THERE WERE 3 MAJOR WATER *****. HE CONVENIENTLY SAID THE PICTURES DIDN'T COME OUT. THE KITCHEN FLOOR WAS TOTALLY GONE FROM THE WATER DAMAGE. THE REPAIRS FALL ON ME NOW! HE IS SHADY AND WILL NOT DO A FULL INSPECTION, OR WILL LIE TO COVER UP WHAT SHOULD BE IN THE REPORT. I HAD TO ALSO PAY A PLUMBER TO WORK 3 HOURS TO REPAIR THE ***** THAT HE SAID WERE NOT THERE. I WENT IN THE ***** SPACE AND SAW THE DAMAGE FOR MYSELF. THERE IS NO WAY THIS HAPPENED WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF HIM DOING THE INSPECTION!!!!!!! NOW I AM OUT THE COST OF THE INSPECTION, PLUMBING REPAIRS AND REPLACING THE ENTIRE KITCHEN FLOOR!!!!
