    I listed my property with Beach Life Resort, a ****************** in ****** Beach six months ago, but I have not received any payments or statements for the rental income.Despite repeated attempts to contact them, the company has been unresponsive and has failed to fulfill their obligations under our agreement.

    We checked in to stay in the Ocean View Double *************** Mist ***** 4/4/24, the room hosted by ****** ****** was disgusting. The room "had been cleaned", but it was far from clean. When checking in, Beach Life Resort (they check in for Sea Mist/Casago) which is somehow associated with Sea Mist Resort charges a $20 a day parking fee. Not only is there not any parking, we had to pay $60 when checking in (before being able to even see our room) for the 3 days we would have been staying in the room, to see the room, call and cancel our reservation due to the state of the room and have to go find somewhere else to stay. ************* was to refund us the parking fee that Beach Life charges, but advised us since we cancelled our reservation they would not be refunding us. When going back into the office at Beach Life (where you have to check in) they advised that they would not refund the parking fee either. I advised them and showed them the pictures of the room and how we hadnt even been able to park in the parking lot and would be leaving. They had me contact someone in there office and she advised me that they probably just didnt know how to refund it, to send her a text showing her the cancelled reservation and the picture of the receipt and she would be in contact. I sent that info to her on 4/4/24 @ 11:28pm ph # ************ and have not heard a word. I followed up 4/10/24 @ 2:41pm and still no response. I feel since we were unable to stay at the resort that we should have been refunded that fee of $60.00 for parking since we did not park there and since they are not willing to work with us, this is the next best option.
