    After working with ***** **** for over two years, and spending $5,200 on 13 prototypes, only three have been delivered. He refuses to give a refund for the undelivered prototypes. Unfortunately, I learned about his unethical business practices too late. Search his name and other business names on **** and you'll see other negative reivews.

    I highly recommend Joyus for any plushie you and/or your organization needs. Great communication with their team. Questions were answered in a timely manner, along with explanations of all the steps involved in the production process. Our prototype was better than we expected. We are excited to begin production and seeing the finished product. We are so glad to have found Joyus Toyus and look forward to doing future plushies with them.

    This was my first time taking a character from one of my books, and turning in it into a plush toy. ***** pulled it off and made it very easy for me to do this.     We had a fabulous experience working with this group and the stuffed animals they created for us were a hit! They were extremely responsive and kept us up to date on all steps in the design, creation, manufacturing, and shipping process.
