For the last year, I have continued to receive correspondence in the mail for this insurance company and for a policy of someone who is not myself or my husband who lives at my address. The name of the policy holder listed on the letters I receive is **** ****** ****** I called them first on 10/10/2024 to let them know they are sending this policy information to me, and not Mr. ****** They informed me to send these letters back and return to sender. I continued to do that for a month and had to call them again on 11/18/2024 and informed them whats going on and asked again to remove my address from this account as it is not ours. Afterwards, I have continued to receive these letters multiple times a week since this has begun and I call them after every single letter I get, yet nothing gets resolved. My husband called them last on 2/4/25 and informed them again that we have called several times and the woman on the phone said she would notify the member and stop all letters from coming to us. Today 2/28/25 we received yet another letter from this business with Mr. ***** name and policy information. We have tried everything we can go get them to stop sending us this person's letters, but they refuse to cease.
