**** from Coastal Curb gave us a estimate for curbing and water feature. We gave a deposit of $ ******* on Feb 6, 2024 . Job was scheduled to begin on 3/20 . When **** arrived to begin the work there was a discrepancy on the area quoted . **** coped a attitude and got very vocal with my wife . He told his crew to pack up and declined the work . Before he left he stated he would return the deposit of .$ ******* since he declined the job . To date I am still waiting for the return of the deposit check . I have left several messages and emails. He has not communicated with me to let me know the status of the money . His crew was excellent to communicate with . It has been 6 months with no communication. The last email to him I stated I would take this to small claims court if not resolved. I have not taken this process as yet . This company did curbs around my flower beds and trees, the works is of poor quality and is chipping. They said I would have to pay to have them fix their shoddy work.Initial Complaint

Had a decorative curbing put around my gardens in front yard, in 2 phases the first part love it great work !! 2nd part does not match the color the workmanship is horrible. Called the company several times to complain, to see if they will come back and fix. I was basically told no they will not stand by their product !! ***************** had her original curbing installed by our company 12/26/2021, to which she was thrilled with the product. She hired us again for some additional curbing, to which we installed 7/12/2022. After both installations, she signed off on the completion and satisfaction of the work. We left the job site both times with ***************** being extremely happy, and we pride ourselves on our customer service. Two days after the 2nd installation, 7/14/2022, we received an email from ***************** that stated she was "a little disappointed with the installation from 7/12/22. We asked ***************** to send over a few photos to show us what she was disappointed with. Upon receiving these photos we examined them and could not see any issues with the product to which I responded to ***************** asking what she could be referring to, as in my professional opinion, the curbing was beautiful and matched the original curbing very nicely. To which ***************** responded again saying that the curbing "looks like crap". A few days after going back and forth through the emails, I took it upon myself to stop out to ********************* home to check the curbing in person and found absolutely NOTHING wrong with the installation. I reached back out to ***************** to explain this and she became extremely angry and wanted to yell and cuss at me to which I ended the conversation. ***************** proceeded to bash my company all over the internet and social media, leaving untruthful reviews about the work installed on her property. I stand behind my work 100%. If there was honestly something wrong with any of the work that I did at ********************* home, I would have immediately rectified the issues. However, upon inspecting the curbing by both looking at photos that she sent over, and in person by stopping by the Canusos home, I found absolutely nothing wrong with the work that we installed. An again, at the end of both installations, ***************** signed off on the completion and satisfaction of the curbing installation. Why would she have signed off on the work if she wasn't 100% satisfied while we were still there?Customer Answer

The owner ********** never saw him ...I sent pics !! (To a company email )which I was told by him these curbs are beautiful curbs !Spoke with a lady on the phone, where going on or already where on vacation .. I was told by her( I don't believe I ever spoke to **** the owner for this job )that they would NOT COME back and look at this job... and if anything would be redone it would be at my own expense!! She also said that the colors were changed and they never said anything about the colors until I stated that they did not match our original curb we had them do !!!
If the owner **** came out to look at this JOB ...LIKE HE SAID HE DID .(which I doubt he did ?)? He NEVER CONTACTED US LIKE HE SAID HE DID ?? ( where I got belligerent on phone ??
THAT IS A LIE !!! The woman I spoke with in the office ( sorry did not get her name ) I did tell her about the workers fighting and the horrible situation that put us in !! She did not want to hear it !!
She got a little upset at me.
When I posted this company on our COMUNITY PAGE to tell people to avoid using
COASTAL CURBING THEY HAD ALOT OF COMPLAINTS LIKE THIS !!! Sad

We have reached a point in this dispute that no matter what we've done to solve the issue nor the information that we have previously provided is getting anyone anywhere. We have photo evidence of the satisfactory work. We have a signed off invoice of the completion to satisfaction by ***************** herself. We received photos from ***************** and saw nothing wrong with the curbing. We went out to the property and examined it in person and there was absolutely nothing wrong. As a business person if there was honestly something wrong with this product, I would fix it. There is NOTHING to fix. I provided ***************** with the product that she paid for. She RECEIVED the product that she paid for. We've been attentive to ALL of ********************* phone calls and emails. Now she's slandering Coastal Curbs across all means of social media and the internet. There is nothing more I can do, we have said our peace on the matter.

Had landscape curbing put in. Have had issues with major cracks in the curbing. Company was willing to fix cracks with a twelve-inch cut to where the cracks occurred but that would estically bad. It was not what they originally said they would do. I asked to speak to the owner who had not returned my call. It has been going on for too long. The work is very poorly done. Mrs. ******'s originally curbing installation was April 2021. We offer a ONE year warranty on this product, as stated on in our warranty information that every customer receives upon the completion and sign of of satisfaction of the work. Mrs. ****** reached out to us a few months ago (after one year since installation) and said she had some cracking and would like us to come out and take a look at the issue. I agreed to meet with Mrs. ****** and went out to her property. Upon the visit I noticed there was some small cracking in the curbing and as I'd like to think I'm a good business man, I decided I would go ahead and schedule some free repair work even though it was outside of the warranty period, as I pride myself on customer service of my company. We scheduled the repair work for September 21, 2022. We arrived on site to make our repairs and instead of letting my crew make the repairs, Mrs. ****** insisted on trying to tell my crew how to do their job because she did not 'like' how we were fixing these issues. This is not what we agreed on when I met with Mrs. ****** several months ago. I will not replace the entirety of the curb as there is nothing wrong with the product. I was originally willing to fix the small cracks outside of the warranty period but on my own terms. I will not be told how to run my own business, nor how to make repairs that I did not charge for. I told my crew to pack up and leave Mrs. ******* property after she refused to let them make the repairs as originally discussed. I then reached out Mrs. ****** directly to get to the bottom of the issue, and instead of speaking to me, she filed a complaint on the internet.
