    We used Maid This for maid service for a vacation rental. They came over 20 times. Not one of those times did they adequately clean the home or fulfill the services they claim they deliver. The company doesnt even know which ********* they send to clean each time, not to mention what the crew actually does, or in this case doesnt do, during their clean. Every week my husband and I would have to follow up after a cleaning to inspect the property and end up having to reclean the home ourselves. Maids did not clean the floors. Hairs and hairballs were often found on the floors and surfaces. Food drips and particles throughout the kitchen, on eating utensils, surfaces, floors, and appliances. There were a number of times when it took the two of us over 3 hours to clean the home after it was already supposedly cleaned by the Maid This housekeepers. We had to request the company bring and use a vacuum since the maids didnt bring one even though we were told they did. ******** calls and conversations with office managers and company owners got us nowhere. The company every time admitted they had failed. They told us that they would do better. They said the services we got were not acceptable and did not meet their companys standards, yet, nothing was done to improve the quality of the house cleanings. Often the housekeepers left the property and failed to lock the doors. We also found windows open and propped open after they had cleaned. Both safety and security issues. On multiple occasions the house was in such bad shape after being cleaned I sent photos to the office to share how bad the house looked and the company sent a second crew to come back out. In each of those cases the second crew (also part of the ****************** was astonished and shocked to see the condition the house knowing it had just been cleaned. The commonly is not professional. It is not reliable. They are irresponsible and negligent. Do not hire thus company.
